FEMA & Cross-Border Advisory
Secure Your Capital Mobility & Compliance.
Service Description
This is a preliminary assessment for NRIs, OCIs, and Global Investors seeking to navigate Indian Foreign Exchange Laws. The objective of this meeting is to evaluate your specific regulatory requirements, identify immediate FEMA risks (including 2026 reporting deadlines), and determine the scope of engagement required to protect your capital mobility. Please note: This is a diagnostic call to establish a professional advisory relationship; specific legal opinions or filing executions are reserved for formal engagements. What we determine during this call: Applicability of the $1M Repatriation Scheme vs. Current Account transactions. Historical compliance gaps in FDI/ODI (FC-GPR, FLA, or APR filings). The "Roadmap to Regularization" for inherited assets or property sales.
