What we evaluate during this call: Integrity of Statutory Registers and Board Minutes. Validity of Director KYC and DIN status. Pre-Qualification: Upon requesting a slot, you will receive a brief Diagnostic Form. This must be completed at least 12 hours before your requested time. Failure to provide these details may result in the request being declined or rescheduled. 2. Advance Scheduling (24-Hour Rule) To ensure our team has sufficient time to review your case data, we do not accept same-day bookings. All strategy sessions must be requested at least 24 hours in advance. 3. Global Strategy Windows We operate dedicated windows for US and EU/UK timezones. While our system automatically translates slots to your local time, the responsibility for attendance lies with the client. Please ensure your calendar invite aligns with your local schedule. 4. Cancellation & Rescheduling Your "Golden Slot" is reserved exclusively for you. 24-Hour Notice: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to the session. Late Arrivals: We observe a 10-minute grace period. Beyond 10 minutes, the session is considered a "No-Show" and the slot will be released. 5.
